The study was conducted to examine barriers to delivery and up-take of NSPRI’s cassava storage technologies. Specifically, the study ascertained socio-economic characteristics of the respondents; examined delivery methods of NSPRI cassava storage technologies; determine constraints to delivery of NSPRI Cassava Storage Technologies and examine the constraints to up-take of NSPRI’s cassava storage technologies. A purposive sampling technique was used to sample 108 cassava farmers in Benue, Ogun and Rivers States. Structured questionnaire was used to obtain information from respondents. The results were presented using percentage and mean. Results revealed that the mean age of NSPRI Extension Officer was 42.9years, dominated by men (55.6%) half of the population (50%) had second degree and farmers mean age was 48.2 years and many (57.4%) of the farmers are males. Mean for the years of educational experience was 6years. Training and demonstration were used mostly (100%) for delivery. The constraints to delivery were; man power limitation (_X= 2.80), insecurity (_X= 2.51), managerial delay tactics (_X= 2.12) and mobility problem (_X= 2.01). Constraints to delivery of NSPRI Cassava Storage Technologies to cassava farmers were; Lack of fund (_X= 2.92), poor technology accessibility (_X=2.84), Lack of awareness (_X= 2.73) and economic cost benefit challenges (_X= 2.39),The study recommends that NGOs with related goals in post-harvest losses reductions should subsidize improved cassava post-harvest technologies so that beneficiaries can afford the cost.
